Yabukita - oolong tea from Thailand. From the famous Mae Salong, it is a unique processing of the Yabukita cultivar, thanks to which it combines the flavors of green tea and light oolong.
Taste: light citrus notes and a subtle grassy quality
Origin: Mae Salong, Thailand
Tea preparation: It is up to each of you to find your own length of steeping (extraction) to make the tea to your liking. We recommend to prepare teas for more infusion (4-6) in smaller volume of 100-200ml with shorter extraction time, where you can start for example at 20s-40s and finish within a few minutes. You can choose a water temperature of around 80C for the first pour and gradually work up to 100C. Light and green teas generally tend to extract faster, so it's especially better to start with cooler water and shorter time so that the tea is not bitter = over infused.
Tea can also be prepared for 1 infusion in a pot, e.g. 0.5 l, 5-7 g, 100°C, 5-8 min.
