Preparation of Vietnamese coffee (briefly):

  1. Put about 3 teaspoons of ground coffee into a coffee phin filter and press lightly through a sieve
  2. Place the filter on the cup and slightly moisten the coffee with hot water
  3. After approx. 30 seconds you can fill the entire Phin filter with hot water and cover with the lid
  4. After about 5 minutes, the water will completely percolate through the coffee
  5. Remove the filter and enjoy your coffee!
