Míša Dohnálková has always liked to indulge in some sweets. Wherever she went, she bought chocolates and tried new flavors. When she tasted one real one, exactly as she had only known from books so far, it was a lifelong love :) She decided to try to make one herself, honestly through the whole process from cocoa beans to the table . She studied an online course in Canada and studied a large amount of literature. Her passion led her to the goal of making the best chocolate in the world . He is now one of our most successful chocolate producers, having won a large number of prestigious world awards .

Míšina čokoláda is a prestigious Czech brand of chocolates.The chocolates are produced using the "bean-to-bar" method, which means that the entire process, from the selection of the cocoa beans to the final chocolate bar, takes place in a single manufactory. This chocolate factory focuses on high quality ingredients and sustainable practices that respect both nature and the cocoa bean producers.

Michaela Dohnalková, originally a teacher, got into chocolate making after experiencing real bean-to-bar chocolate in Ireland, which inspired her with its complex flavors. In 2015, she started experimenting with chocolate making in the basement of her house. Today, she runs her manufactory in Lahovice, on the outskirts of Prague, where she and her team produce up to 2,000 bars of chocolate a month.
