Area 51 is an experimental farm run by Aldo Parducci and his family. It is located in the hills just above Las Brumas (don't forget to try our natural pacamara), where there are also facilities for further processing of the harvest. Area 51 is at a higher altitude and thus has better potential for microlot production in the long term. We present a selection of the cuzcatleco variety (a hardy hybrid of the sarchimor type) processed using the gentle honey method. Our partner Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle and his Productor Coffee team are also helping with this on the farm. It is also home to their "nursery" of experimental varieties (including Kenyan), so we have a lot to look forward to in the future. But for now, enjoy a juicy and sweet coffee that tastes of sweet apples, nuts and citrus.
