This summer blend combines the mastery of two iconic producers. The Colombian portion is the work of coffee visionary Diego Samuel Bermudez, who has imbued the beans with their renowned smoothness, depth, and endless sweetness. Taferi Kela, in turn, took on the Ethiopian wilderness—it is thanks to him that the coffee has that perfect vacation sparkle, floral notes, and freshness. Both coffees were harvested at optimal ripeness in the fall of 2025.

The traditional washed processing method is responsible for the crystal-clear flavor and long, icy finish. Immediately after harvesting, the coffee cherries were stripped of their skins and sticky pulp, and the beans were then thoroughly washed in water channels. The result is an incredibly clean profile that really shines, even over ice!
