Want the perfect foam for your cappuccino or latte? Can't or don't want to drink regular milk? With BARISTA's Organic Oat Beverage, the composition of 12% organic whole grain oats and 2% organic soybeans from European production ensure a perfect foam without stabilizers.

The oat drink, or oat milk, is made from whole organic oats, free of flavourings, cholesterol, milk protein and lactose, with only 2.0% fat. With no added sugar or sweetener, it has a pleasant sweet taste thanks to the naturally fermented oats.

The difference between oat milk and oat drink is only in the name, thanks to EU legislation prohibiting the use of the word "milk" on the packaging of plant-based alternatives. For the drink itself, we recommend serving it slightly chilled.

Properties: easily forms a fluffy foam, suitable for hot and cold drinks
