GourmetKava
Victoria Green Itumbe is the orthodox take on green tea. It is produced by the Kisii tribe (they combine Christianity with Voodoo). The garden is situated in the volcanic mountains between Lake Victoria and the Masai Mara rainforest.

Preparation: It is up to each of you to find your own length of steeping (extraction) to make the tea palatable. We recommend preparing the teas at about 5g for more infusion (6-8) in a smaller volume of 100-200ml with a shorter extraction time, where you can start for example at 20s-40s and finish within a few minutes. This tea is more suited to cooler water around 80C for about 20-40s, otherwise it over infuses and is more flat. Be careful that the tea is not bitter = over infused.
The tea can also be prepared for 1 infusion per pot, e.g. 0.5 l, 5-7 g, 100C, 5-8 min.
