BIO Matcha Tea Harmony 60 g is a high quality Japanese tea, ideal for daily stimulation of body and mind. The pack contains 30 servings of 2 grams, ensuring long-lasting freshness. The tea is rich in antioxidants and contains L-theanine, which promotes concentration and induces a feeling of relaxation without drowsiness. Matcha Tea Harmony is easy to prepare and suitable for both hot and cold drinks.
Preparation Instructions:
- Warm version
Add 1 tea bag (2g) to a bowl or mug, pour about 80ml of hot water at 70°C (must not be boiling to avoid loss of nutrients), then whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or with an electric whisk until frothy. - Cold version
Place a sachet (2g) in a shaker and add 200ml of cold water and shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved.

Recommended daily dose for an adult is 4-6g. Pregnant, lactating and children approx. 2 grams per day.
