Kaffia
Cleaning the head is a routine maintenance of espresso machines that should not be forgotten. To clean the head, replace the strainer in the lever with a"blind strainer" (without holes), pour a cleaning agent such as Urnex Cafizu into the lever, insert the lever into the machine and start it. The water has nowhere to flow, so it circulates inside. After about 3 seconds, we switch off the machine and the water flows out through the back valve. Repeat about 10 times. The same has to be done with a conventional strainer to rinse everything with clean water.
