High percentage 55% praline milk chocolate. Delicate blend of chocolate and praline. The praline in this chocolate is prepared by roasting hazelnuts with sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 70% - milk chocolate 55%: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder.
  • 30% - praline: roasted hazelnuts, sugar

Stéphane Bonnat prides itself on the quality of its ingredients. Bonnet uses only:

  • cocoa beans and pure cocoa butter without any added vegetable fats
  • cane sugar instead of beet sugar
  • all products are 100 ez free of genetically modified organisms

And never uses: soy lecithin, vanilla, vanillin, or artificial flavors
