Francois Pralus liked Madagascar cocoa so much that he established his own cocoa plantation on the island of Nosy Be in the north of Madagascar.
Exceptional quality of raw materials: Francois Pralus loves to travel and personally selects the cocoa beans from the growers. He uses only pure cocoa butter, without any added vegetable fats, and cane sugar instead of beet sugar. He never uses vanilla, vanillin, or artificial flavors, All products are 100% GMO free.
