Because we don’t use hot water when preparing Cold Brew, no bitter oils or acids are released from the coffee beans. The resulting beverage has up to 70% lower acidity, making it very gentle on the stomach and perfectly highlighting the clean notes of chocolate, nuts, or fruit.
