The Eureka Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose is a versatile electric grinder designed for preparing single servings of coffee. It combines large 65mm flat burrs, precise grind settings, and a system that minimizes the amount of coffee left inside the grinder after grinding.

The specially designed All Purpose burrs allow the grinder to be used for both fine grinding for espresso and coarser grinding for V60, Aeropress, drip coffee makers, or French presses. Grind size is adjusted continuously using a large rotary control with a clear scale. This allows for more precise and easier adjustments than with standard Mignon series grinders.

Minimal coffee retention

The grinder is designed for a single-dose system—you add only the amount of coffee needed for a single brew to the hopper. The modified grinding chamber, the upper burr without screw holes, and the Blow Up system help push out any remaining ground coffee. This prevents significant mixing of individual doses when switching between different types of coffee.

The grinder body is tilted at a 5° angle, which promotes the smooth flow of coffee toward the outlet.

Quiet and Even Grinding

Silent Technology reduces motor vibration and noise, making the grinder suitable for households where coffee is prepared early in the morning or in the evening.

The ACE system reduces clumping and static electricity. As a result, the ground coffee is more uniform and less likely to stick to the grinder’s outlet or surrounding area during grinding.
