How to prepare the ideal coffee
- Fill the tank, turn on the machine and let the ThermoJet warm up briefly (ready in about 3 seconds).
- Weigh ~19 g of coffee, grind to the correct fineness and press evenly into the filter.
- Insert the portafilter, select the single or double button and start the extraction.
- For milk beverages, froth the milk through the nozzle to approx. 60-65 °C and create a fine microfoam.
- After use, clean the nozzle and rinse the filters - this keeps the machine in top condition.
