This coffee breaks all preconceptions about boring Brazilian coffees!
It comes from our new partners, the Andrade brothers, who continue a family tradition of coffee growing in the state of Minas Gerais for over a century. But back in the 90s they decided to move towards high quality coffees. They have had many successes in prestigious auctions and competitions - including winning the Cup of Excellence Brazil Natural in 2018. Our nanolot of the Yellow Catuaí variety has been processed using anaerobic fermentation, which has awakened a truly unique character in the coffee. You immediately detect cognac in the aroma and a typically chocolate body in the taste, complemented by a long, distinctive acidity reminiscent of black cherries. If you're a fan of natural coffees, you won't want to miss this new release!
