Marisol has become a coffee expert thanks to her studies and practice in the field of fine coffee. Her enthusiasm for this crop was born in her childhood, when she was involved in everything about coffee. Her coffee is characterized by its delicacy, notes of citrus and blossom with medium acidity.
Marisol's father worked as a laborer on a coca plantation and the whole family decided to move to visit him. However, after a few days of their arrival, government persecution and bombing of coca growers began, which made the situation worse. The family therefore returned to Huila, where they began to buy land and grow choice coffee. Their coffee has won awards for quality and is known for its finesse and balance.
The collaboration with Marisol and its pink bourbon coffee with extended fermentation has yielded great results. The coffee is carefully selected, fermented and dried on African beds. Marisol continues to be a pioneer in coffee culture, developing exotic varieties on its historic farm.
