Long Jing, also known as Dragon Well, is one of the most famous and sought after Chinese green teas. This tea comes from the West Lake region of Zhejiang Province, which is renowned for producing top quality teas. Long Jing features flat, hand-processed leaves that have a fresh, green color and a delicate, delicious aroma.
The taste of Long Jing is fresh and slightly sweet, with hints of nutty and floral notes that provide a refreshing yet soothing experience. Its high quality and careful harvesting make this tea an ideal choice for green tea connoisseurs and those who want to discover the authentic flavours of China.

Processing method: loose-leaf green tea

Harvest: 2024
Classic preparation in a teapot (500 ml):
- Tea quantity: 8 grams
- Water temperature: 85 °C
- First infusion: Steep for 90 seconds.
- Second and subsequent infusions: Steep for 120 seconds for the second infusion and 180 seconds for the third.
Preparation in gaiwan (100 ml):
- Quantity of tea: 4 grams.
- Water temperature: 80 °C
- First infusion: Steep for 30 seconds.
- Forthe next two infusions, infuse for 30 seconds each, then 45 seconds and 90 seconds for the next.
