If you already own a Hario Buono coffee pot and you control the accuracy of the coffee you pour, it's time to think about controlling the temperature of the water you pour.
A great way to do this is with a Hario digital thermometer, which comes with a special lid that fits all Hario Buono stainless steel kettles precisely.
The thermometer includes a temperature probe that points directly into the mouth of the swan spout, so you'll always have an accurate temperature reading of the water you're pouring.
The thermometer can be easily removed from the lid and is sure to find a use in any kitchen.
The measurement is accurate to 0.1 °C.
