Matcha is a finely ground tea powder derived from carefully selected leaves. Ceylon matcha is known for its bright green hue and rich flavor profile with subtle notes of fresh grass and a mild bitterness. It contains vitamins A, E, and C, iron, calcium, zinc and potassium, catechins and amino acids.

Tea Preparation:

Pour 1 g tea powder into a bowl, cover with 75° water and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen). Can also be poured over milk.
